What you will do

• Lead and direct a team within the value stream to ensure strict adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Optimize production processes by implementing Lean or Agile principles to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Identify training needs and coordinate sessions to support the professional development of team members.
• Enforce health and safety protocols and compliance with regulations to maintain a secure working environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent professional work experience.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with Lean or Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Must meet U.S. nationality requirements and be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices.
