Location: Must be based in Saudi Arabia with extensive travel (up to 50%) across the MEA region.

What you will do

  • Identify and prioritize new sales opportunities within the MEA data center market.
  • Develop and execute account plans for hyperscalers, colocation providers, and EPC firms.
  • Articulate technical value propositions for precision cooling and liquid cooling technologies.
  • Recruit and manage a network of strategic distributors and representatives.
  • Lead complex contract negotiations and ensure profitable agreements.
  • Represent the company at regional industry events to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the data center industry.
  • Documented experience and established relationships with key players in the MEA data center ecosystem.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Ability to travel extensively (up to 50%) within the MEA region.
  • Strong technical understanding of data center critical infrastructure and cooling systems.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Arabic.
  • Experience with strategic selling methodologies like SPIN or Solution Selling.
