Account Director (Data Centers)

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 a year plus commission

What you will do

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within existing accounts and new logos.
• Maintain current revenue streams and implement strategies to reduce churn.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, customer experience, and marketing teams to close deals.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including account planning, revenue forecasting, and CRM discipline.
• Represent the company at trade shows and local networking events.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided, including CPT/OPT).
• Minimum 5 years of success in solution-based selling, preferably in the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of data center, real estate, cloud, and telecommunications industries.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Proven discipline in CRM usage for forecasting and activity tracking.

Nice to have

• Technical knowledge of data center and power infrastructure.
• Experience with telco and HyperScaler connectivity.
