What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of OEX Specialists and Engineers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational excellence issues and project implementations.
• Evaluate existing production processes to identify and execute improvement initiatives.
• Manage incentive project scheduling and ensure field compliance with new processes.
• Develop and deliver training programs to production leadership and field teams.
• Collaborate with corporate support teams to meet operational goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hirify.global production management experience or 5 years of outside production management experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel 60% of the time, including overnight stays.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a technical field.
• Formal certification in Six Sigma or Project Management.
