TL;DR

Technical Solutions Specialist (Payments): Gathering, configuring, and implementing payment solutions for public sector customers with an accent on technical discovery and cross-functional collaboration. Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in Atlanta, GA office)

What you will do

  • Conduct technical discovery with new clients to document specifications for payment products and platforms.
  • Translate business problems into functional configurations and actionable user stories for development teams.
  • Act as a technical subject matter expert to eliminate objections and lead technical status calls with client engineering teams.
  • Implement new product features and deliver proofs of concept (PoCs) to demonstrate platform value.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Establish best practices and execute technical improvements based on project retrospectives.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Atlanta, GA.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Solutions Engineering or technical consulting in customer-facing roles.
  • Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with Git workflows and distributed systems.
  • Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to design or optimize technical solutions.
  • Strong public speaking and client interaction skills.
