What you will do
- Advise customers on solutions and build strong relationships through excellent service.
- Identify and contact new leads through inbound channels via email and phone.
- Conduct online platform demos to showcase product benefits and features.
- Create and negotiate offers to close deals with potential customers.
- Perform A/B testing on sales approaches to optimize conversion rates.
- Upsell to active customers by identifying additional value and benefits.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales role with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer pain points.
- Comfortable using various technology platforms and tools.
- Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Positive attitude and ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
