What you will do

• Drive strategic business operations for assigned projects, focusing on cost, schedule, and technical execution.
• Lead and mentor a team of Program Managers, overseeing their career development and performance.
• Manage high-level relationships with executive leadership and external customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
• Oversee risk assessment and mitigation processes to resolve program issues and problems.
• Direct the preparation of proposals, business plans, and specifications for potential pursuits.
• Execute tactical and strategic business growth strategies to meet financial forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Finance or related field.
• 10-12+ years of relevant experience, with 7+ years in program management.
• Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility U.S. Security Clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship status is required.
• Proven experience with P&L responsibilities and managing multiple programs from inception to completion.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) compliance.

Nice to have

• PMP Certification or working knowledge of PMBOK.
• Experience managing projects using CMMI, agile, or spiral development models.
• Experience ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2000 Policies and Processes.
