What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and communicate the master production schedule to align with demand and supply requirements.
• Utilize SAP or ERP/MRP tools to manage and optimize production schedules.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by participating in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
• Analyze demand and supply data to create accurate production forecasts.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, material shortages, and production bottlenecks.
• Generate reports and perform data analysis using MS Excel and MS Project to support leadership decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 6+ years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and MS Project.
• Proven experience implementing demand/supply planning (S&OP) and using SAP or ERP/MRP scheduling tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
