Compensation: $67,200–$84,000

What you will do

• Guide public sector clients through all stages of product implementation.
• Analyze business needs and recommend best practices for budgeting processes.
• Manage multiple concurrent implementations from post-sales to full utilization.
• Prepare and migrate client data using internal load interfaces.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver reporting and integration solutions.
• Define project timelines and maintain regular communication with clients.

Requirements

• Must be able to work hybrid in Oakville, Ontario.
• 3–8 years of experience in software application delivery, project management, or analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis and Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and lead decision-making processes.
• Self-starter mindset capable of managing multiple projects independently.

Nice to have

• Experience in municipal, healthcare, or non-profit budgeting.
• Familiarity with grant accounting or forecasting methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with financial planning applications.
• Report design skills using SSRS or PowerBI.
• Knowledge of project tracking tools like Cloud Coach or Asana.
