Location: Hybrid (Burnaby, British Columbia)

Salary: $67,450 - $117,000 annually

What you will do

  • Manage project documentation and files to ensure organized delivery.
  • Coordinate communication between contractors, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination.
  • Perform site reviews and monitor project costs and estimates.
  • Support Project Managers with proposals and the delivery of work packages.
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure hirify.global's quality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in a civil engineering environment.
  • Post-secondary education in Engineering, Urban Planning, Project Management, Construction Technology, or Public Administration.
  • Valid Driver’s License and personal vehicle.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Burnaby, BC (Hybrid).

Nice to have

  • Experience in transportation or transit systems.
  • CAPM Certification.
  • Registration as an EIT or P.Eng. with EGBC or a GradTech with ASTTBC.
  • Previous construction experience.
