What you will do

• Lead the delivery of business consulting services aligned with client objectives and business strategies.
• Analyze client needs to identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and operational improvements.
• Develop and deliver strategic business recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage all aspects of complex consulting projects, including planning, execution, and client communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants and drive continuous improvement using industry best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering high-level business consulting services.
• Ability to navigate complexity and engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in Toronto and able to work on-site 2x per week.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
