What you will do
- Coordinate the day-to-day flow of marketing projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are clearly maintained.
- Own and maintain marketing workflows, including project setup, templates, and task structures using project management tools.
- Manage stakeholder communication and proactively identify risks to maintain momentum across multiple initiatives.
- Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards for campaign summaries and performance tracking.
- Provide operational and administrative support, including vendor coordination and maintenance of marketing platforms.
- Explore new tools and AI capabilities to enhance team efficiency and collaboration.
Requirements
- Experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, project coordination, or agency account management.
- Hands-on experience with project management platforms such as monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, or Trello.
- Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
- Technical and analytical aptitude to work with marketing reports and dashboards.
- Must be based in Canada.
