What you will do

• Attend project meetings and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Assist with the preparation of tender documents and project reports.
• Manage progress payments and support Project Managers in delivery assignments.
• Coordinate communication between the project team and clients.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Burnaby, British Columbia (Hybrid).
• Completed post-secondary technical education in Civil Engineering Technology, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam for PDF mark-ups.
• 2+ years of experience in project management or civil consulting engineering preferred.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and ability to read contract documents.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
