Program Manager (Propulsion)

What you will do

• Lead programs, Integrated Product Teams (IPT), or portfolios valued at less than $100M.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, supply chain, and operations.
• Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
• Mentor junior managers and initiate team Learning & Development programs.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident due to U.S. Government trade regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or Master's with 6+ years of experience).
• 8+ years of related program management experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of program planning, execution, and resource management.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana.
• Understanding of SDLC, systems engineering, and contract management.

Nice to have

• Senior-level project management certifications (e.g., PMP).
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Experience with EVMS, CAM, BOE, FAR, and CAS.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
