Senior Site Program Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Torrance, California, United States; onsite five days per week

Salary: $150,000–$175,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage and coordinate program activities supporting Commercial OE products manufactured at the Torrance site.
• Serve as the primary Commercial OE program representative, partnering with planning, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering, and site leadership.
• Drive production readiness and clear-to-build activities by aligning material availability, labor, test stand capacity, and manufacturing resources with customer delivery requirements.
• Coordinate execution across approximately 50 product models and proactively identify and resolve production, material, schedule, and operational risks.
• Develop program plans and detailed schedules while monitoring scope, cost, production readiness, task completion, and execution performance.
• Support process improvements, standard work, proposal teams, and business capture campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical discipline.
• At least five years of program management or similar experience, preferably in aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
• Leadership, collaboration, communication, customer-orientation, and cross-functional influence skills.
• Experience managing multiple programs, schedules, cost, risk, and execution performance in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Knowledge of project management tools, including Earned Value Management, and experience with operations, supply chain, planning, manufacturing, quality, and engineering organizations.
• Requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.

Nice to have

• Experience with production readiness, manufacturing execution, and clear-to-build processes.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing, aviation, complex industrial environments, or OEM aircraft programs.
