Compensation: $100,000–$125,000 base

hirify.global is a Sequoia Capital-backed startup building a universal payment layer to unify fiat and crypto currencies for seamless global transactions.

What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting from proactive outbound sourcing and screening to offer and closing.
  • Drive hiring efforts for GTM functions, including BDRs, AEs, partnerships, and sales leadership.
  • Support technical recruiting for engineering, product, and infrastructure roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to align on talent strategy and interview processes.
  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines and refine recruiting operations and workflows.
  • Manage employer branding and ensure a high-quality, responsive candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in-house, agency, or a combination of both.
  • Proven success in hiring sales and go-to-market (GTM) talent.
  • Strong outbound sourcing skills across LinkedIn and other creative platforms.
  • Ability to support technical recruiting processes for engineering and product teams.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting within fintech, payments, or high-growth startups.
  • Experience building recruiting processes and interview infrastructure from the ground up.
  • Deep understanding of modern sourcing and talent engagement strategies.
