What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-volume operations roles, managing 10-15+ open positions simultaneously.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, screening rubrics, and job descriptions.
• Source passive talent using creative channels beyond LinkedIn to build diverse pipelines.
• Mentor peers and contribute to building a culture of continuous improvement in recruiting.
• Develop and standardize scalable recruiting workflows to support rapid company growth.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire interview and closing process.

Requirements

• Must live within commuting distance of the Dublin hub.
• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for Operations teams (Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, Fraud).
• Proven track record of high-volume hiring in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience nurturing relationships with passive candidates.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure pipeline health and manage expectations.
