What you will do
- Develop and execute business growth strategies for assigned accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strg engagements with clients and ensure effective communicati with the Japan team.
- Set and mitor clear goals and KPIs for each partner through tailored customer plans.
- Manage sell-out strategies and execute in-store visual merchandising to maintain premium brand identity.
- Analyze client performance data to propose and optimize delivery and assortment plans.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B Sales (Sports or Fashi industry preferred) or as a Buyer in the retail industry.
hirify.globalg>Native-level Japanese (Writing/Speaking) is required hirify.globalg>.- Strg proficiency in sales forecasting, reporting, and data analysis.
- Proven ability to work automously and proactively generate creative ideas.
- Logical thinking to effectively cnect creative ccepts with sales figures and data.
