What you will do
- Lead strategic sales engagements with a select group of Mega Banks and Financial Services (FSI) clients in Japan.
- Build and grow high-level relationships with CIO, CTO, CISO, and Infrastructure leaders within assigned accounts.
- Drive consultative selling of Data Center, Campus Networking, Cloud-based Wi-Fi, and Routing platforms.
- Position CloudVision automation and AI-driven Network Identity solutions to support operational resilience and cybersecurity.
- Develop and execute multi-year account plans in collaboration with Sales Engineering and Partners.
- Manage a strong pipeline and accurate forecasting to close strategic, high-value infrastructure deals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience with large strategic accounts, specifically within FSI and Mega Banks in Japan.
- Proven track record of closing major deals and influencing long-term relationships at the C-level.
- Expertise in consultative solution selling of complex technology portfolios including networking, cloud, and security.
- Deep understanding of Japan’s banking technology landscape, compliance drivers, and procurement processes.
- Native-level Japanese and business-fluent English (written and verbal).
- Must possess a valid work permit for Japan at the time of application.
