What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with nursing staff, hospital administrators, and key client contacts.
- Drive product utilization and execute strategic clinical outcomes achievement plans.
- Deliver and support comprehensive client training programs for assigned facilities.
- Act as the primary project manager for all development, content, and configuration requests.
- Triage and resolve hardware and software issues for the Patient Engagement Platform.
- Monitor system utilization daily and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs Degree or equivalent 4-6 years of military work experience.
- Must be based onsite in Miami, FL.
- Must be willing to submit to a federal government background check and regular drug testing.
- Must meet all client specific requirements, including immunizations and screening.
- Occasional travel to Bethesda, MD headquarters.
- Flexibility in schedule, including occasional weekend availability.
Nice to have
- Clinical experience.
- Previous experience working within a hospital or other healthcare environment.
