TL;DR

Onboarding Consultant (SaaS): Leading the onboarding, configuration, and activation of SaaS solutions for SMB customers with an accent on customer adoption and early value realization. Focus on coordinating delivery frameworks, delivering end-user training, and leveraging AI tools to optimize onboarding workflows.

Location: Hybrid - Columbus, GA or Atlanta, GA. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Lead SMB customer onboarding engagements using defined delivery frameworks and timelines.
  • Configure SaaS applications based on customer requirements and best practices.
  • Deliver end-user and administrator training to drive product adoption.
  • Maintain accurate configuration records and project documentation.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Utilize AI tools and data dashboards to monitor onboarding health and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering SaaS onboarding or implementation engagements.
  • Strong customer-facing communication, facilitation, and training skills.
  • Technical aptitude for system configuration and solution setup.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Authorized to work in the US without current or future sponsorship (e.g., no OPT, H-1B).
