TL;DR

Onboarding Manager, Market Activation (Healthcare): Leading the launch and acceleration of new and existing markets by onboarding and training provider practices to integrate Counterpart Assistant into clinical workflows with an accent on operational efficiency and product adoption. Location: Must be based in TN, MS, AL, FL, or TX. This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel (up to 75%).

Salary: $129,000 - $150,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding and activation for new and ramping markets, including planning and go-live support.
  • Deliver in-person training to physicians and clinical staff to ensure seamless integration of the platform into workflows.
  • Design and implement efficient in-office workflows to drive consistent and effective platform adoption.
  • Assess market readiness and identify operational gaps to implement targeted interventions for faster time-to-value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Provider Success, Sales, Product, and Operations teams.
  • Capture field insights to continuously improve onboarding materials and the product experience.

Requirements

  • Must reside in TN, MS, AL, FL, or TX.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in healthcare operations, provider training, or practice transformation.
  • Proven track record of implementing workflows or technology within primary care or ambulatory settings.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding efforts simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Experience with value-based care models, population health, or quality improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with EHR systems, medical billing, and Medicare Advantage.
  • Knowledge of HEDIS, Stars, and accurate coding practices.
