Senior Enterprise New Logo Account Executive (Government): Driving net-new logo acquisition across federal, state, and local government agencies with an accent on complex procurement navigation and mission-driven value alignment. Location: Must be based in the US. For those near a hirify.global office, periodic in-office attendance may be required; otherwise, the role is remote.

Compensation: $144,400–$423,400 USD (On-Target Earnings)

What you will do

  • Execute territory strategy to land net-new government agencies (Federal, SLG, or Tribal).
  • Navigate complex public sector procurement processes, budget cycles, and compliance frameworks.
  • Generate pipeline through outbound efforts, public sector events, and targeted ABM campaigns.
  • Engage multi-layered stakeholder groups including IT, Security, and Procurement leadership.
  • Align hirify.global solutions to mission outcomes like cybersecurity, digital transformation, and compliance.
  • Partner with Apple public sector teams, system integrators, and resellers to drive joint win strategies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of quota attainment.
  • Proven success selling into government/public sector accounts (Federal or SLG).
  • Deep understanding of public sector procurement, contract vehicles, and budgeting cycles.
  • Expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles using methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Ability to influence both technical and non-technical government stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

  • Experience with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, CJIS, or StateRAMP.
  • Familiarity with endpoint management, Apple ecosystem, or security technologies.
