Salary: $195,000 – $245,000 CAD (Ontario-based candidates)

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the onboarding and activation experience.
• Design and optimize onboarding journeys to reduce friction and accelerate adoption.
• Define success metrics and use data to guide prioritization and decisions.
• Conduct customer discovery with advisors, clients, and stakeholders.
• Partner with design, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success for launches.
• Mentor product managers and improve financial advisory workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience owning end-to-end delivery in SaaS, fintech, or wealthtech.
• 3+ years in wealthtech or financial advisory workflow design.
• Strong understanding of wealth management, advisor workflows, and client-facing tools.
• Proven ability to simplify complex systems and improve onboarding experiences.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, data-driven mindset, and customer research skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence across organization levels.

• Experience mentoring product managers.
