What you will do

• Define and drive long-term product vision, roadmap, and prioritization aligned with business goals.
• Own full product lifecycle from concept to launch, including requirements, Agile cycles, and releases.
• Conduct user research, gather customer insights, and track KPIs for feature adoption and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, sales, and marketing for development, GTM strategies, and demos.
• Mentor junior PMs and foster product management culture.

Requirements

• 10+ years product management experience in SaaS, B2B, ERP, or workflow automation
• Technical acumen in APIs, cloud platforms, and integrations
• End-to-end product development leadership from discovery to launch
• Data-driven decisions using insights and strategy
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional team management
• Agile/Scrum experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana

Nice to have

• Experience in print MIS, ERP, or workflow automation
• Leveraging AI in product development
• Familiarity with AWS serverless, AI automation, BI tools
• UX/UI best practices, A/B testing, user journey optimization
• MBA or equivalent in product strategy
