TL;DR

Lead Product Manager (Fintech): Defining the vision and strategy for "Flow," a new onboarding experience for wealth management advisors, with an accent on simplifying complex advisor workflows and driving customer activation. Focus on mentoring other PMs, designing B2B/B2B2C activation flows, and scaling the product organization.

Location: Remote (Must be based in or eligible to work from Ontario, Canada)

Salary: $195,000 - $245,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the Flow onboarding experience.
  • Design onboarding flows to increase activation, adoption, and customer confidence.
  • Mentor junior PMs to improve product thinking and execution across the team.
  • Conduct regular research with advisors and enterprise partners to identify friction points.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering to rapidly move from concept to launch.
  • Lead cross-functional launches with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience in SaaS, fintech, or wealthtech.
  • 3+ years of experience in wealthtech or designing financial advisory workflows.
  • Deep domain expertise in wealth management and advisor-client experiences.
  • Proven track record of simplifying complex B2B or B2B2C workflows.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence multiple teams.
  • Must be based in or eligible to work from Ontario, Canada.

Nice to have

  • Direct exposure to advisor onboarding or client experience design.
  • Experience building activation products in enterprise SaaS.
