Compensation: $151,700–$270,950 USD

What you will do

• Lead multi-horizon product strategy for a portfolio of cloud and on-prem audit products.
• Own product-level outcomes including revenue growth, retention, adoption, and profitability.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers.
• Partner with Engineering to evolve scalable, modern, and data-enabled architecture.
• Drive the transition toward AI-enabled and agent-assisted audit capabilities.
• Align cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Services around shared product outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• 5+ years leading product managers across a portfolio of products.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Coppell, TX.
• Proven experience owning product strategy and business outcomes.
• Strong business and financial acumen with high data fluency.
• Ability to operate across technical and commercial domains.

Nice to have

• Experience in audit, accounting, or regulated industries.
• Experience modernizing legacy/on-prem products to cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled or data-intensive products.
• Master’s degree (MBA, MS in Innovation, or related field).
