Location: Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, Austin, or New York City (Hybrid)
Salary: $200,000 – $230,000

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end CPQ configuration, including pricing rules, approval workflows, and contract generation.
- Develop and maintain account and lead scoring models in Snowflake, syncing data to Salesforce via reverse ETL.
- Manage data orchestration pipelines using tools like Polytomic, Hightouch, and Workato.
- Engineer Salesforce solutions including flows, validation rules, and custom Apex code.
- Build custom API-level integrations and connectors to support the GTM stack.
- Define and enforce account routing logic, territory management, and opportunity assignment rules.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Systems, RevOps Engineering, or Salesforce engineering at a high-growth SaaS company.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce configuration (flows, formula fields, custom objects, sharing models).
- Hands-on experience with CPQ tools (Salesforce CPQ, Stripe Billing, or similar).
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to write production-grade Snowflake queries and dbt-style transformations.
- Experience with reverse ETL tools and iPaaS platforms (Workato, Tray, Zapier).
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for scripting and custom solution development.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with PLG-to-enterprise motion and user scoring.
- Experience with GTM tools like Apollo, Unify, or Momentum.
- Exposure to billing systems like NetSuite or Metronome.
- Background in comp plan tooling or entity resolution.
