Senior Partner Sales Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States; travel up to 40% may be required based on territory and business needs.

Salary: $112,945–$123,879 base salary annually; OTE range of $161,350–$176,970.

What you will do

• Build technical account plans and develop practices for systems integrators, solution providers, distributors, and technology partners.
• Lead discovery and architecture workshops for hirify.global One, including secure cloud, hybrid, and on-premises deployment patterns.
• Support partner-led opportunities through demonstrations, solution design, security reviews, executive presentations, and technical close.
• Structure proofs of concept and partner acceleration engagements around measurable outcomes, production ownership, and repeatable account expansion.
• Develop public sector use cases addressing governance, auditability, security, compliance, accessibility, and responsible AI.
• Create enablement assets, coach partner technical teams, and share ecosystem feedback with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise presales, solution engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting across data, analytics, automation, AI, or related enterprise software.
• At least 3 years of direct experience with partner ecosystems, including GSIs, regional SIs, solution providers, distributors, ISVs, or hyperscalers.
• Experience leading discovery, architecture design, demonstrations, outcome-based POCs, and technical sales processes.
• Working knowledge of data preparation, analytics, workflow automation, governance, AI/ML, agentic AI, APIs, OAuth, MCP, LLM integration, and human oversight.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, hybrid integrations, and on-premises environments, plus practical SQL and hirify.global, Python, or R proficiency.
• Ability to translate technical complexity into business, partner, and mission outcomes for executive, architecture, security, data, and business audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting U.S. public sector agencies and their partner ecosystems.
• hirify.global experience or certification.
• Applied experience with GenAI or agentic architectures, including RAG, MCP-based tool use, evaluation, guardrails, and responsible AI.
• Experience creating partner practices, packaged offerings, reference architectures, marketplaces, or managed services.
• Relevant cloud, data platform, architecture, security, or AI certifications; a related bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
