What you will do

• Design and implement test plans based on project requirements and solution designs.
• Execute manual and automated tests across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrations.
• Own the QA defect lifecycle, including raising, triaging, and performing root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with developers and consultants in an Agile sprint-based cadence.
• Identify opportunities to improve QA processes and tools to increase efficiency.
• Provide clear testing updates and risk assessments to project managers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering role.
• Experience with the Salesforce platform and Salesforce-specific testing.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, TestRail, Postman, or Selenium.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methods.
