What you will do

• Take ownership of quality assurance within the squad, ensuring high testing standards with minimal guidance.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the team’s domain, supporting regression testing and new feature development.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to ensure the delivery of optimal product solutions.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans, including thorough boundary and edge-case coverage.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues using monitoring tools and provide actionable feedback to improve product quality.
• Partner with automation teams to identify valuable test cases and workflows suitable for automation.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of dedicated Software Quality Assurance experience.
• Experience testing platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and Intercom.
• Strong proficiency in bug tracking and management systems.
• Experience testing high-availability web applications across test, staging, and production environments.
• Understanding of system integration and contract testing, including API testing tools like Postman.
• Must be based in the Philippines to align with local labor laws and PH holidays.
