What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical owner for integrated technologies in the Oracle Health EHR ecosystem, including end-user devices (EUDs) and peripherals.
• Develop and maintain the technical integration strategy and roadmap aligned with overall program goals.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and client teams to resolve technical challenges and support clinical integration.
• Oversee validation activities and coordinate pre-go live cutover steps for all integrated devices.
• Analyze existing data processes and tools to identify bottlenecks and implement automation or optimizations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in End Point and Medical Device integration within large health systems.
• Deep understanding of Oracle EHR systems and their integration with various hardware and software components.
• Proven expertise in medical device integration (BMDI/LMDI) and end-user device integration (EPI).
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Strong leadership skills to guide technical teams and influence stakeholders across different organizations.
• Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex technical requirements to diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio.
• Knowledge of data governance, data flow analysis, or business process re-engineering.
• Understanding of networking concepts, firewall configurations, and general hardware integration requirements.
