What you will do

• Plan, design, build, and test Epic software configurations to meet clinical and administrative needs.
• Perform detailed workflow analysis and document system requirements and specifications.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and Claims applications.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials for end-users.
• Manage small to medium-sized projects independently while keeping stakeholders updated.
• Conduct root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex system issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in Pennsylvania
• 3+ years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience (Claims, Patient Access, Billing).
• 3+ years of systems administration experience within Epic modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to obtain Epic Application Certification in Resolute Hospital Billing and/or Hospital Claims within 6 months of hire.
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
