hirify.global is responsible for configuring, rolling out, and supporting the assigned Epic application(s).

What you will do

• Plan, design, build, test, implement, and support Epic software.
• Analyze system requirements and specifications, document workflow analysis, and evaluate user experience.
• Maintain documentation and training materials regarding application implementation.
• Configure changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows.
• Correct issues, conduct routine maintenance, and update systems with new functionality.
• Conduct problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex problems.

Requirements

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Ability to handle analysis, design, system configuration, and testing tasks at basic to moderate levels of complexity.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Uses critical thinking skills for assigned tasks.
• Highly effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills in managing priorities.
• Associates degree or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or relevant experience.
