What you will do

• Partner with Business Analysts to gather and document technical requirements for revenue cycle integrations.
• Manage configuration and integration delivery to ensure high-quality home care solutions.
• Analyze and troubleshoot reported issues, proposing and implementing corrective actions.
• Execute testing and validation to ensure alignment with customer needs and compliance standards.
• Develop and enhance internal documentation, tools, and best practices for scalable delivery.
• Monitor and maintain existing configurations to ensure continued performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare solution delivery, revenue cycle configuration, or data integration.
• Direct, hands-on experience with X12 formats (837/835 claims and remittances) is required.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical configuration and integration solutions.
• Knowledge of integration protocols such as sFTP and API.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Salesforce, Confluence, or Sharepoint.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with HL7 and FHIR standards.
• Exposure to State Medicaid Agencies, MCOs, and Homecare Providers.
• Experience working within a SaaS environment.
