What you will do

• Analyze and assess business propositions, including strategic alignment, cost/benefit, and risks to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define product approaches that align with business strategy and user needs.
• Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Assist in the design and deployment of data products following data governance and data mesh strategies.
• Monitor compliance with data privacy, access control, and lineage management standards.
• Support organizational training initiatives for data stewards and users on data mesh principles.

Requirements

• 7+ years of business analysis experience in data-intensive programs.
• Active Secret clearance or above.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data mesh, and Agile delivery.
• Proven experience working within a SAFe Agile organization using Scrum, Kanban, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
