What you will do

• Provide application support to clinical and operational staff, troubleshooting Epic EHR issues to ensure optimal patient care.
• Act as a liaison between IT and clinical/business teams to manage expectations and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct thorough testing of system configurations to ensure expected functionality and data integrity.
• Design and refine Epic workflows to improve clinical and operational efficiencies.
• Provision and configure internal and external Epic users as needed.
• Coordinate with training teams to develop and deliver comprehensive end-user training on Epic workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare IT, specifically with EHR implementation, support, and workflow optimization.
• Proven proficiency in Epic Ambulatory; Epic Ambulatory certification is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in supporting and implementing Epic workflows.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience configuring or supporting Epic Urgent Care, MyChart, Provider Finder, Epic Care Link, or Epic Video.
