What you will do
- Manage named accounts to ensure long-term engagement and high customer satisfaction.
- Build strategic relationships with key business executives and security stakeholders.
- Develop joint success plans to drive adoption and maximize value from technology.
- Conduct regular business reviews to articulate delivered value and track milestones.
- Coordinate with onboarding, sales, and product teams for seamless customer handoffs.
- Drive business growth by maximizing value and reducing churn through strategic upselling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success roles.
- Proven ability to foster positive business relationships with senior executives in large organizations.
- Experience translating customer issues and needs into solution requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex project plans.
- Understanding of recurring revenue sales models and renewal processes.
- Must be based in Australia and willing to travel.
Nice to have
- Additional experience in customer support, sales, or business development.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity domains.
