Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 base + commission

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of 30-40 existing customers to maximize utility and grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
• Conduct business reviews and health checks with client executive leadership to drive satisfaction.
• Present and demonstrate cyber threat defense solutions to CISOs and security experts.
• Identify, nurture, and negotiate upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs.
• Facilitate renewals and manage customer escalations to resolution.
• Mentor developing Customer Success Managers and share best practices.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, Account Management, or Consulting.
• Must be based in or able to work from one of the specified US offices (Hybrid).
• Strong communication and presentation skills for interacting with senior business professionals.
• Foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
