What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle for strategic cybersecurity accounts within the state of North Carolina.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including Solutions Architects and Client Operations Specialists, to execute multi-year strategic plans.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, targeting 4x the assigned quotas to achieve gross margin goals.
- Develop and review client business, technology, and security goals through quarterly engagement meetings.
- Implement sales discipline using Force Management principles, specifically MEDDICC and Command of the Message.
- Collaborate with technology partners to identify and maximize mutually beneficial sales opportunities.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in technology sales, preferably within the cybersecurity domain.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and executing territory expansion plans.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional resources such as pre-sales and technical support.
- Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with C-level executives and sponsors.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Must be based in or able to cover the North Carolina territory.
