TL;DR

Partnerships Lead (Proptech): Leading the expansion into the brokerage partnership channel to drive revenue and platform adoption with an accent on relationship building and strategic account growth. Focus on developing a repeatable sales playbook, managing premier brokerage accounts, and collaborating cross-functionally to scale the channel.

Location: Hybrid; at least 2 days per week in the Seattle office

hirify.global is a rental infrastructure platform facilitating applications, screening, and payments for millions of users and hundreds of real estate partnerships.

What you will do

  • Own and grow a book of premier brokerage accounts to deepen executive sponsorship and unlock expansion opportunities.
  • Manage the full new-logo sales cycle, including target identification, outbound outreach, discovery, pitching, and closing.
  • Develop and implement a repeatable land-and-expand playbook for proof-of-concept partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align brokerage-specific messaging and influence the product roadmap.
  • Carry individual quotas for acquisition and activation targets.
  • Design sales processes, tooling, and playbooks to enable the channel's future scaling.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally within proptech or real estate SaaS.
  • Proven ability to build trust and conduct strategic conversations with senior executive leaders.
  • Experience working in high-growth startups with a builder's mindset.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools to amplify productivity and output.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Seattle, WA to meet hybrid office requirements.
