Salary: Base $90,000 - $110,000, with commission target of $50,000

What you will do
- Drive sales growth across the territory through regular customer visits and strategic planning.
- Promote, demonstrate, and train customers on products and software to ensure clinical confidence.
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with customers to provide tailored business solutions.
- Collaborate with Regional Directors, Key Account Managers, and Marketing to align on growth priorities.
- Onboard new accounts through needs analysis and establishing long-term success plans.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or AuD preferred.
- Knowledge of hearing-instrument technology and clinical practices.
- Strong consultative selling, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Must be based in the Houston area to manage the assigned territory.
- Minimum 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload internet connectivity is required for hybrid functionality.
