What you will do
- Meet or exceed sales targets and develop tactical plans to maximize revenue.
- Manage accounts through consultative selling, contract negotiation, and pricing strategies.
- Generate new business leads via cold-calling and inbound prospect conversion.
- Deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and support RFP responses.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve mutual company goals and maintain CRM data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or a related field.
- Minimum one year of B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
- One year of laboratory experience, specifically with ELISA or immunoassays.
- Proficiency in CRM databases (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite.
- Must be based in the USA (specifically California).
