Location: Hybrid in Bellevue (WA), Chicago (IL), or Toronto (ON)

Salary: $160,000 — $220,000 USD / $140,000 — $192,500 CAD

What you will do

  • Define and execute the test and personalization strategy, refining hypotheses with stakeholders to ensure rigor.
  • Build and manage a quarterly testing roadmap grounded in customer research and business priorities.
  • Conduct independent research to identify friction points and behavior patterns across the B2B buyer journey.
  • Launch and manage tests independently (copy, targeting) and collaborate with engineering on complex builds.
  • Analyze results to uncover segment-specific lift and translate findings into strategic iterations.
  • Present results to leadership, framing personalization wins as drivers of sales cycle efficiency and UX.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, experimentation, or optimization with a track record of managing testing roadmaps.
  • Expertise in segmentation, targeting, and personalization campaign management.
  • Hands-on experience with testing platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, or Adobe Target.
  • Proven ability to communicate strategic recommendations to Directors and Senior Directors.
  • Technical literacy regarding data layers, tracking, and personalization frameworks.
  • Experience in B2B environments, understanding complex buyer journeys and long sales cycles.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with B2B martech tools like Marketo, Demandbase, or 6sense.
  • Experience building data visualizations in Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
  • Background as a strategic advisor to cross-functional teams on user behavior and digital strategy.
