What you will do

• Lead digital discovery and conversion strategy across search engines, answer engines, LLMs, and agents to generate users, handraisers, and qualified pipeline.
• Deploy AI-assisted workflows for AEO/GEO monitoring, content gap analysis, paid search optimization, lifecycle analysis, experiment ideation, and reporting.
• Drive paid search, SEO, AEO/GEO, lifecycle, CRO, and experimentation using data to boost efficiency and connect to business outcomes.
• Partner with product marketing, content, brand, web, analytics, and campaigns teams for measurable digital experiences optimized for humans and AI.
• Lead and mentor a team of two, scaling impact over time.

Requirements

• 10+ years in digital, growth, web, performance marketing leadership in B2B tech.
• Proven growth via SEO, paid search, web conversion, lifecycle, experimentation, funnel optimization.
• Practical AI/automation experience in marketing workflows like content analysis, search monitoring, campaign optimization, reporting.
• Experience with technical products supporting self-serve and enterprise sales motions.
• Fluency in AI's impact on search, traffic, and digital strategy.
• Data-driven operator skilled in attribution, funnel analysis, optimization, and cross-team influence.
