Salary: $19.00–$23.27 hourly (plus uncapped monthly performance bonus)

What you will do

• Oversee daily store operations including opening, closing, securing the facility, and maintaining compliance and safety standards.
• Drive sales through rentals, protection plans, and merchandise while resolving customer escalations professionally.
• Build customer relationships, provide personalized storage solutions, process payments, and handle bank deposits.
• Coach, train, and mentor the Assistant General Manager and staff to meet KPIs, compliance, and safety policies.
• Manage inventory, product stocking, pricing, auctions, and light facility maintenance including cleaning and landscaping.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and insurance with access to reliable transportation for vendor visits and worksites.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs and perform daily property walkthroughs, safety inspections, and light maintenance.
• Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills; ability to work independently.
• Basic to moderate Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Comfortable working indoors/outdoors with exposure to weather, noise, and hazards.
