What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions.
• Source passive candidates using resume databases, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct prescreening and interviews to identify qualified talent.
• Facilitate interview scheduling and manage post-interview feedback loops.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring leaders across North America and Eastern Europe.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System and improve overall hiring processes.

Requirements

• English: B2+ proficiency required
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Proven experience in sourcing passive talent via LinkedIn and other databases.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
• Must be based in Ukraine
