What you will do

• Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional communities.
• Build and maintain longlists and shortlists of potential candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings (CV reviews and intro calls).
• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and TA Specialists.
• Keep candidate data accurate and up to date in the ATS.
• Support recruitment projects and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in a recruitment team (as a sourcer or recruiter).
• Interest in sourcing for roles such as developers, QA engineers, product owners, business analysts, support engineers, tech leads, finance specialists, and legal professionals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt.
