TL;DR

Launch Project Manager (Hospitality/Real Estate): Oversee end-to-end execution of complex property launches including takeovers, transitions, renovations, custom design, and new build integrations with an accent on planning, coordination, and resource allocation across multiple teams. Focus on ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery, stakeholder management, and continuous process improvement through documentation and checklists.

Location: Remote (US only, E-Verify employment eligibility required). Team spans US time zones and Philippines.

Salary: $82,000–$94,000 base (plus equity, bonus, perks)

What you will do

• Manage planning, coordination, and resource allocation for high-priority property launches involving takeovers, renovations, and construction timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams from Real Estate, Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Finance to deliver on time and budget.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, checklists, operational standards, and screening criteria for future launches.
• Work with stakeholders to fund projects, align with property owners, and ground initiatives in business reality.
• Document learnings, improve processes, and capture institutional knowledge for scalability.
• Travel to property sites as needed and adapt to diverse launch scenarios.

Requirements

• 5+ years Project Management experience in Hospitality, Construction, or Real Estate delivering physical projects
• Track record with stakeholders like property owners, managers, and on-site staff
• Experience planning complex initiatives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Proven remote work using video and web-based tools
• High independence, clear communication, empathy, and presentation skills
• Passion for real estate, tech, hospitality, and travel

Nice to have

• PMP certification
• Managed hotel launches, flag transitions, or large-scale STR operations
• Handled construction/renovation in multifamily or hospitality
• Experience in fast-paced organizations without established playbooks
• Comfortable traveling to property sites
