What you will do

  • Advise customers on solutions and build strong relationships through excellent service.
  • Identify and contact new leads via inbound channels using email and phone.
  • Conduct online platform demos to showcase product benefits and features.
  • Create and negotiate offers to close deals with potential customers.
  • Perform A/B testing on sales approaches to optimize conversion rates.
  • Upsell to active customers by identifying additional value and benefits.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales role with a proven track record.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be comfortable working US hours.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address customer pain points.
  • Proficiency in using various technology platforms and sales tools.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and perform under pressure.
